Community-Based Services
Mobile Methadone Services provide medicated assisted treatment and outreach to clients in specially designed vans that travel into the community. The goal of this innovative program is to increase treatment and access for IV Drug users. This service model seeks to reduce traditional barriers to treatment by providing access to services at more convenient community locations and with an additional degree of anonymity and privacy. It also eliminates the transportation barrier for individuals who do not have cars or for whom public transportation is difficult.

Intensive Case Management Services (ICM) are provided by a Case Manager who is specifically trained to support individuals in recovery to live successfully in their communities. ICM services address a variety of needs that are typically not covered through Drug and Alcohol Counseling services. These include assistance with:
- Housing
- Basic needs such as food, clothing etc
- Child care
- Employment
- Education/job training
- Transportation
- Substance abuse treatment
- Legal problems
- Mental health issues
- Physical health issues
- Family and social concerns
- Life skills such as budgeting, resumes building etc.
