Community-Based Services

Intensive Case Management Services (ICM) are provided by a Case Manager who is specifically trained to support individuals in recovery to live successfully in their communities. ICM services address a variety of needs that are typically not covered through Drug and Alcohol Counseling services. These include assistance with:

Housing
Basic needs such as food, clothing etc
Child care
Employment
Education/job training
Transportation
Substance abuse treatment
Legal problems
Mental health issues
Physical health issues
Family and social concerns
Life skills such as budgeting, resumes building etc.
