Community-Based Services

Intensive Case Management Services (ICM) are provided by a Case Manager who is specifically trained to support individuals in recovery to live successfully in their communities. ICM services address a variety of needs that are typically not covered through Drug and Alcohol Counseling services.  These include assistance with:

  • Housing
  • Basic needs such as food, clothing etc
  • Child care
  • Employment
  • Education/job training
  • Transportation
  • Substance abuse treatment
  • Legal problems
  • Mental health issues
  • Physical health issues
  • Family and social concerns
  • Life skills such as budgeting, resumes building etc.
